Terms and Conditions

Daily Housekeeping Optional Extra
All of our apartments are unserviced. Please contact us if you require daily servicing for charges.  Stays of 5+ nights include a mid stay linen change. 

Credit Card

Credit Card details in the name of the registered guest are required to confirm all bookings. While we do accept Debit Cards, we require bond pre-authorisation at time of check-in if no Credit Card is available to have on file as security. The bond will be released when the room is checked and found acceptable after you have checked out.  Full payment for accommodation charges will be made to the supplied credit card seven (7) days prior to arrival.  Please ensure funds are available for payment.  In peak/high demand seasons, if payment is declined and we are unable to contact you, we reserve our right to cancel the booking contract.

Please note that a 3% surcharge applies to all payment made with an American Express or Diners credit card.

Guest Numbers

The total number of adults, children and infants to occupy the apartment must be stated at the time of booking and must not exceed the allowed number of guests.

Cancellation and Amendment Policy

Once you make a reservation with us, rooms are held for your exclusive occupation in our reservation system.  We do not have a policy of overbooking and guarantee your reservation. Due to the nature of our business, Cancellations affect us significantly and we apply the following Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations or amendments made 7 Days or more prior to your scheduled arrival will incur no charges. Any changes made after this time, or a "No-Show", will result in the full accommodation costs being charged. 

Peak periods:

All bookings made for the months of January, February, July, August are non-refundable. Full payment for the reservation is required at time of booking. Any exceptions to the policy are dependent on the discretion of management and the possibility of the unit being resold. 

For group bookings and bookings over the New Year period, different Cancellation Policies applies.  Please contact us for further info.
We recommend all guests have up-to-date travel insurance in case of unforeseen circumstances.

Check-in/Check -out

Check-in is available from 2pm till 6pm on the day of arrival.

Check-out time is 10am on the day of departure. 

Late Check-Out or early Check-In is only available on request and cannot be guaranteed.  Please contact us prior to arrival for instructions if you are arriving outside of these hours.

Additional Rules and Policies

Age: We do not accept bookings directly from guests 21 years and under.

Parties: Management operates a ZERO TOLERANCE policy for guests affecting other guests with noise or rowdy behaviour. Hen/Stag parties are not allowed.  If this policy is not adhered to, no warning is given and guests will be asked to vacate the premises immediately and no refund will be given.

Responsible guest: The registered guest is responsible for the behaviour of all persons/visitors whilst on the property.

Smoking Policy: All apartments are STRICTLY NON SMOKING but we do provide ashtrays outside each apartment.

Parking: There is one parking space available for each apartment.

Extra Charges:  A minimum of $50 Extra Cleaning Charge applies if the apartment is left in an unacceptable condition.  Extra charges also apply if furniture/beds are moved around in the apartments or any damage to the apartment and/or chattels/furniture.
